"Initially put us in the wrong room (not what had been reserved), but changed rooms without a problem. Housekeeping "skipped" our room on the second day (unmade beds, no towels, wastebaskets unemptied, etc). Towels were brought on request, without hesitation. no formal apologies, amenities, or discounts were received from hotel management."
