"Generally I hate Best Westerns, but stayed there because friends chose to. My experience is not likely to cause me select BWs, but at least won't keep me from staying if need or opportunity require. I missed having at breakfast and bar-type amenities at least available. Also: there is NEVER enough creamer in rooms for the coffee. The condiments kit is a waste: too much of one thing, not enough of another. Lastly: the spickets in the sink in the bathroom were VERY hard to turn. Very annoying."
