"I stay at the Homewood Suite in Downtown Seattle whenever I can, I enjoy the comfort and location, and find that I am rested and appreciative of the break from normal routine. I consider staying at Homewood Suite a real holiday, and a first choice for me whenever I travel. John and Greg at the front desk were really helpful, and professional."

"Concierge service was less than helpful. We asked them to call a shuttle service for when we were departing and instead of calling, they gave me a phone number and had me call. When asking directions, a few behind the desk did not really know where things were."
