"This is an awesome hotel in the Queen Anne district, great locaton to fun restaurants, City Center, Key Arena, grocery stores, and within walking to downtown. Service is extra friendly and accomodating. The view from the deck is spectacular! And at a good price too. It's everything you could want in a downtown hotel."

"Starbucks was right off the lobby, restaurants everywhere, great ammenities! Even had the nice touch of a coke and a diet coke in the fridge. Very friendly staff. Great district. Not right downtown but slightly off, which makes for a nice quiet stay. 2 minute walk from Key Arena. Was impressed! Oh, and garage parking for an extra $10! Very nice!"
