"The Hotel is right by the freeway so there is a constant roar from the road and the double glazing is poor. I normally sleep well in Hotels but here I didn't get a good nights sleep for three days even though I was supposedly on the quiet side of the Hotel. Changing rooms didn't help either. Also, the pool is so small it's hardly worth getting in. I suggest you try somewhere else."

"Excellent service from all the staff. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The extended continental breakfasts were very good. Overall a great place to stay in Seattle."

"I was improperly checked out on 1/1/04. I had called down to the front desk to extend my stay, and I was told my credit card would be charged for a lower rate cause it was no-longer a Holiday rate, and it was agreed I would check out 1/2/04. Later on that evening I was napping as a new guest tried to enter my room. Shortly after the front desk called saying they had no trace of my phone call to extend my stay. Again I was sleeping and room service knocked on the door, I never ordered any room service. Over all I had a nice stay with the exception of the miscomunications. The staff was curtious and friendly. Upon checking out they were finally able to find me in the computer. Thank you Joy Bargas"
