"we had a confirmed reservation however when we checked in at 4 pm our room was not available because it had been extended to a soccer team and would not be available until 6:30 pm. it took awhile before we convinced the front desk that we did NOT want a smoking room - and just put us in a room so we could get ready for a 7 pm off site meeting. they did not seem too bright at the front desk. nor did they aplogize. began on a negative note and they seemed to care less about repeat clients. also had a confirmed reservation for a king & got two fulls. staff needs more training. Also interesting that there were NO guest comment cards available!?"
