"When we arrived at the Westin Hotel on Friday September 17, 2004, we were advised that one of the towers was unavailable due to a pipe breaking, they had no rooms available to honour our reservation. The Westin asked us to move to the Sheraton Hotle at the Westins expense, which we did. The Westin also gave us voucher/gift card for a free night at the Westin which we used on the Saturday night. When we received our VISA statement, the card was used to hold our reservation on-line, we were charged for the full amount for the two night stay. We called Free Hotel Search.com at 1-800-359-4827, spoke to a customer representative and was advised that she would talk to the Westin Hotel and then once she had confirmed our situtatuion she would credit our VISA for the full amount. We have just received our VISA statement and we were expecting a credit on our account, the credit has not been applied and we are now carrying the balance of the Hotel stay on our card. We would appreciate you looking into this for us and working with the Westin Hotel to ensure that our VISA account is credited in full for the stay."

"Front Desk rigid regarding check out time --gave us only 1/2 hour extra (even though we were told our room was not booked for that night) and said "it's really no problem because we only charge $25.00 for late check out." We subsequently called the manager who then extended late check out for a total of 2 1/2 hours without out extra charges."
